Main focus of the PROLICE
The PROLICE provides support in all questions relating to the use and exploitation, in particular licensing, of its own or third-party intellectual property, both in the service sector and with regard to the manufacture and sale of products, in Germany or abroad.
In particular, the PROLICE may also act as an intermediary between your company and your current or potential future national or international cooperation partners. A standard exploitation scenario may involve at least one industrial property right out of the group of patents, utility models, trademarks and/or designs.
Your company may also instruct the PROLICE as service provider with respect to the marketing of your intellectual property (see e.g. the POOL subpage), especially for one fiscal or calendar year.
The PROLICE’s services are usually provided within a time frame of one or two quarters; PROLICE’s services are individual services, which in particular also take into account a status quo of your exploitation project or your company taken as a whole.
